I cook on-site or in my prep kitchen, I source locally whenever possible, and I bring the same level of care to a family dinner as I do to a 200 guest celebration.  My clients trust me with their most important moments - and I take that very seriously.  For this reason I work on a first come, first served basis so that I can space out my schedule to make sure each event gets the exact care that it deserves.
